Unlock with your phone?

Me kids locked my versa and I don't know how to unlock it? HELP!

After following instructions about deactivating Fitbit pay I'm now getting this message...

Are you an iPhone or Android user? I highly recommend everytime you post a problem like this  to give as much information as possible so people can help you better 🤗.

Edit: just read your comment in the other thread, and you have an Android. Try the following:

1) go to your phone settings-apps-fitbit app-storage-clear data (this will clear everything from your Fitbit app) 

2) restart your Fitbit Versa (hold the left button and bottom right button simultaneously until it reboots) 

3) log back in to the fitbit app

I'm so frustrated! I have a race tomorrow I wanted it for...
