Hi everyone.
My fitbit got locked asking me to unlock it via The Phone at the most inconvinent time possible. I just got my new phone so I have erased everything om my old phone so at The moment my locked versa isn't paired to any device. How can I unlock it at this stage?

Your fitbit should still be paired to your account even if you have a new phone. Are you able to install the fitbit app and logon using your original ID and password? If so, the PIN reset described in the following help file should still work

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately it is not paired to my account either som Im in a bit of a pickle here. :'(

I don't know how you get out of that. It might be best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
