I've sold my Fitbit Versa to a freind not realising it needed a pin to connect it to another device.
I've deleted the device from my dashboard account so I don't seem to be able to reconnect the device now because it says unlock with phone. Any suggestions on what to do?

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep working with them.
