My Versa 3 wasn't synching on my phone. I was also having problems because the PIN was locked (I think the latter might be because my granddaughter was messing with my Fitbit!) I now know that I should have reset the PIN on the app, but stupidly I unpaired the Fitbit on my phone. Now I can't repair it, as when I try to do so I can't see the code that should be displayed on the Fitbit. I've tried resetting it but that's not working, and now it's not even showing the correct time. Can someone please help?

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
