Unresponsive Touch/warranty

My Fitbit Versa 2 is unresponsive to the touch. I can click the side button but that’s about it. I can’t swipe down, left or right and none of the touch commands are working. I’ve tried restarting it multiple times but no luck. The app on my phone is also up to date so the issue is not there. 

I won this watch as a gift three months ago from my work in a charity raffle draw. It was brand new in the box at the time but since it came from corporate or a vendor there’s no way for me to have access to the receipt. Can I still call Fitbit about this issue and have it either sent in for repair or have it replaced? I love the product so much I would hate to not use it anymore.

Hi @TaylorSab8 and welcome to the forums. I also love my Versa 2! Please try contacting Support. They should be able to sort this out.
