Unresponsive screen and unable to connect to app

My Fitbit watch screen keeps displaying the logo only and won’t turn back on.  I tried hooking it up to the charger but nothing happened.  When I open the app on my smartphone, it can’t connect to the watch and says “no device found”.  Help!

Is your heart rate sensors flashing?  The green lights on the back? Mine are not.

mine did this Sunday.  Still not working. It was fully charged Saturday night, synced with app at 1:47pm on Sunday battery showed fully charged then the watch went off, can't get it to do anything.  Tried holding down button to see if it would reset... nothing.  Put it back on the charger,, still nothing..  Screen won't come on and won't sync with app.  App says no device found. Very irritated as its only 7 months old and I wear every day. 😭

Exactly what happened to mine last week.  It worked fine.  Put it on the charger, it charged up to 100% then totally died. Screen is black.  Totally unresponsive.  I've been emailing with customer service for a week now.  They ask me a question, I respond, and then days go by before I get another question.  I'm still waiting on a reply I sent from from yesterday morning. Very frustrating but I hope I can eventually get this taken care of. I've been a fitbit customer for years but my patience is really being tested this time. I mean luckily I have a Charge 3 and an Apple Watch, I feel bad for the people who only have the Versa 2. They'd have been out of luck a week now with no watch. I have been seriously dealing with this for a week via email with customer service. Emailing back and forth should take a day at the most.  Good luck.

What did fitbit do about this issue? Mine is 6 months old as of right now no use to me.

Mine also I'm ready to warranty it out I'm so frustrated. Only had for 2 months. Green light flashes when you push side button once press again it stops. Screen is black. Does nothing on charger. Only vibrates when side button is held.

Same here. Battery life suddenly dropped to a few hours a few days ago. Now will not charge at all. Have tried all customer service remedies and nothing works. My Versa2 is 9 months old.

Reading through multiple threads with this issue, seems “customer help” is nothing more than a rep asking another question.

It's very sad with all these responses that Fitbit is dropping the ball. We really need to have them step up and remedy this. So many messages with the same thing. Fitbit DO SOMETHING !!!!

Yep, I've been having screen issues off and on for about a month. I wake up the watch to a rolling light up screen. That would always drain the battery a significant percentage. Sent in a ticket only focused on the battery, um I knew what was running the battery down the screen issue. Woke up today now it does it non-stop the watch is apparently syncing but useless. Still getting the run around about "trouble shooting", the trouble is they still can't fix this screen issue. I really don't care about getting another one at this point, I'd prefer a refund and move on for good. This is my second Versa in 3 years and they both had issues. The first one I got replaced with a refurb, wouldn't send a new one, after this run around. I don't want to fool with it anymore. I'm just over it. Mine is only about 8 months old, I baby my watch and it still turns into a useless blob....

My watch keeps doing the same thing just keeps showing the logo.I'm pissed off i just got this yesterday. My cheaper $40 Letsfit smart watch is way better then this never have problems with it and was so easy to set up.

Thanks for the heads up on the Letsfit watch. I was just looking at it on Amazon. Looks just like the Versa2 and does all the same things for less than 25% of the cost.

Yeah the letsfit watch has been great the only reason I got a fitbit so I could reply to my text but at this point I don't care.I can still get text and see who is calling with my letsfit smart watch & if it's important i will just get to my phone quicker so big deal at least it works & it never gave me a issue on & they just don't have many colors that was the only other main reason why I wanted a fitbit.

I had the same thing happen yesterday. Last sync was 2:47. the screen and heart sensors are dead. It was charged yesterday. I am charging it now but nothing is happening...

I just spoke with customer service by phone. I got a human very quickly after just a couple of press ‘x’ for this etc etc. He had just a few questions and had me try a couple of things. All of which I had already tried yesterday from information/documents already posted in this forum. I will say it was very good service and I was on the phone less than 10 minutes. Bottom line is my Versa2 is still under warranty. I’m supposed to be receiving an email with a link. Once I complete the info in the link, they are to ship me a new Versa2. I will let you guys know how that goes.

My Fitbit suddenly dropped charge to 11%. I put it on the charger and it was taking the charge. I got back and it was at 99%, which is normal. When I took it off the charger the screen would not come on, but my Alexa would turn on if I held down the button. It hasn't been syncing for the past few days, but I thought nothing of it. Now it won't turn on except I can swipe and see my apps, but they will not open.

My Fitbit buzzed and then came back on. I have no clue what happened but mine is working again. Hope everyone's does too!!
