Hi,

 

I've had to change phones and reset my Fitbit Versa.

I did have firmware 32.32.10.20 which gave me the Quick Reply functionality.

Now my Versa is showing 32.32.10.15 and the App does not give me an Update button.

How can I get this update?

32.10.15 is the newest firmware for the Versa. 32.10.20 is for the Ionic, and is no different than .15 if installed on a Versa. Quick Reply should work with .15 too.
