Update to 32.32.10.15 no option for quick replies

We have the most current version of the fitbit app and received and updated our versa's to 32.32.10.15.  But no option after receiving text notification for anything other than clear.  We also don't see any option to choose turning quick replies on in the fitbit app or for customizing reponses.  What are we missing?

iirc you need to be on at least version 5 of android for any hope of getting quick responses to work. KitKat is over 4 years old now 😶Screenshot_20180514-084612.png

Mine didn't either, as I had only bought it the day before I did a factory reset to make sure I hadn't missed any updates. It downloaded a new fw 32.32.10.20 and quick replies were enabled in the app and on the Versa.IMG_20180513_163532570~2.jpg

I heard it was version 7 (nougat) that introduced this. Either way, Android version 4 is most likely the culprit here.

Yeah, think you are right on that one, just as usual, Fitbit's site says 5 for general compatibility.
