Update tracker software is not updating to the newer version

Hi Fitbit Community,

I am having trouble while doing fitbit update. I have tried many times. My versa2 firmware version is 35.72.1.23. In the app it shows me update tacker software. But every time when I start updating it is always show me "Retry over Bluetooth" or "Retry over wifi" again and again however my watch is connected with Bluetooth and wifi. Could you please help me out to solve this issue. I have bought this watch just 2 years before for my father. Besides software issue he is also facing battery drained issue. It is so pity that he can not use versa2 properly.

@Ak_S You should probably try Fitbit support. 35.72.1.23 is the latest Versa 2 software. There is no update from that version. Maybe try reinstalling the app since this would be an error?
