Updated Versa now no today stats

I’ve just updated my Versa all appears fine except I can’t swipe up for today stats. Everything was fine before the update. Please help

Hi, did you receive from your Fitbit app that there is a new update available? I did not as of yet and it's only rolled out in the US and Canada. If you do live in one of these countries, just try to reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit Logo. Once you see this, release the buttons.

Hi. I’m in the UK so it was probably an older update I hadn’t actioned. I have however tried the reboot and it made no difference. I am confused!

Where did you get the newest update from? I'm afraid that if you DL the wrong version, you can only repair your problem by performing a factory resest: go on your Versa to setting, scroll down to about, scroll down untill you see factory reset and press it. Mind you that you loose your connection with your mobile device and have to set it up all over again.
