Upgrade to Samsung s10 and txt msg don't appear on watch

I recently upgraded to the Samsung s10 and the txt msgs do not come through to my watch. What's app were coming through but not anymore. I get calender reminders and messenger msgs and calls occasionally come  through.  It also  takes alot of time to sync or find device.
