I had sold my old Fitbit. Bought a new one. My new one will not take my email address, I don’t want to change my email, I want to use it on my new Fitbit. What do I do?????

Hi @Musicsmiles713 you should be able to log in with your existing account and add your new device, after deleting the device you sold. Have you tried deleting the old Fitbit and setting up the new one?
