Used Versa 2 not pairing with Samsung s9

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am loosing my mind.

I've bought this Versa 2.

The fitbit simply says to download the fitbit app on my phone.

Done.

I've followed every single step, looked on forums as well, followed other steps, but nothing.

It is not paring my phone, and I spent so much money for getting so much trouble?

This is disappointing and disgusting.

Yes, my Bluetooth is on.

Yes I have the latest version updated on my phone.

Yes the cache on the app were cleaned.

I am loosing my mind.

I hate all of this.

Such a waste of money.

Hi @AlessiaC.  the article for how to set up is here - click. When you bought the device, was it working or had it been left in a drawer for the battery to completely die? A restart often helps, but check the article for the troubleshooting helps.

The fitbit was about 40% charged, but the lady told me that I had to reset the fitbit because there was still her apps and prior fitness info in it.

So I came home, reset the fitbit, let it charge until full, and started the process of matching with my samsung s9.

But nothing is working.

As I said, I cleaned the cache, the phone is updated, the app is updated, I removed the app from my phone several times, restarted my phone, checked my Bluetooth, restarted the fitbit. Everything.

But it still saying that the nlf is not supported.

I apologize, the correct name is NFC

Apparently when I'm matching the fitbit to my phone, the fitbit is waiting for a 4 digit code, but my phone stops the process and says *not supported NFC tag for this application *
