I'm not understanding you, which device are you starting what exercise app on?

Normally after connecting the Strava account to Fitbit we would of start the bike recording on the Versa, wait for a GPS lock and take off.

After words the Fitbit data, with heart rate, will sync to your Strava account.

Starting the bike recording will also add an entry to your Fitbit account. You do not want to do both.

@Evans111 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you are seeing duplicate bike logs. I agree with @Rich_Laue in regards on how the normal process works to record your biking. You only need to do this from the Versa and allow it to connect to your Fitbit app to manage the GPS data. Once it is saved this will be transferred to your Strava account. This way you will see the data on both platforms. You don't need to start the recording from Strava as this will cause duplicate entries.

Let me  know how it goes!

Thanks guys, that’s what I’m going to do, just use the Fitbit and not run Strava.

Ive has problems with the Fitbit missing sections of the run so wanted to use just the Heart monitor bit. I’ll end up with a diff heart monitor I think..

Thanks again
