My watch says 7V30 instead of 7:30. This vim is driving me crazy. I already downloaded another watch face with no success. Any suggestions?

Hi, restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, I would advice you to install a Clock Face from Fitbit itself, either "Layers" or "Light" and restart your Versa after that.
