Two things that I don’t understand:

 

1. Why are my steps being counted while driving?!

2. Why won’t my iPhone texts sync?!

I have done all the research I can on these two things in the past day of having the Versa 2- I find it RIDICULOUS that we have to type “driving” into our active log, I drive for my job each day! 
Please, anyone, is there any insight on how to prevent this?

There may be some steps recorded while driving if the ride is a bumpy ride. Most trackers on the market have problems with this. Fitbit is one of the few companies that allow a user to add this time as driving, and their also is an app, Travelbit, to automate the process. 

 

As for messages, Apple has blocked third parties from being able to respond if this is what your asking about. 

You might be asking about the text notification issue that developed with the latest iOS version. I'm not sure if this was a deliberate change, like the last change Apple made that caused notification problem's with every third party connecting to iOS.
