Hi there,
2 nights ago, my Versa 2 screen went blank to a light blue/teal screen. I tried resetting it and nothing happened. After a while, it went black and wouldnt turn on. The next day, it seemed to work again for a few hours, but ultimately did the same thing and froze blue or just wouldn't turn on at all. I get vibration notifications still, but the screen is blank.. Please help!

My screen is black but turns grey when back and lower button pushed. Still get notifications and still tracks steps and HR. Tried to reset but didn't go to fibit screen. Changed clock faces but still no change. Need this for help with recovery from surgery

Sunday morning my versa 2 crashed
coinciding with a firmware update
basically I went to bed 75% charge - Sunday morning woke up and black screen nothing I’ve managed to do as for the watch working it logged my sleep until 6:10am fine and was synced for a while until I attempted a reset then it stopped syncing. My phone Bluetooth still finds it. But essentially the watch is a black screen - it does vibrate when the back button is held and every so often randomly probably for my alerts.
non of the trouble shooting worked and Fitbit are replacing it as it’s in warranty.
if the basics re starting it and putting it on a long charge etc don’t work contact support soon as you can
