My wife and I brought two VERSA 2 Smartwatches from Amazon just after christmas and initially everything was fine.
However in the last few weeks the screen has started to become more and more unresponsive. I have the latest firmware installed.
I've also noticed that the watch will restart periodically throughout the day. But the most annoying problem is the touch screen.
If I take the watch off and charge it over night then first thing in the morning it will appear to work fine (I have a pin setup so I can use Fitbit Wallet), however through out the day the screen will become less responsive and normal touch and swipe gestures will stall and fail. By the end of the day (and for as long as I wear the watch) I can't enter my pin or use any swipe or touch interaction and only the side button will function.
I've done a factory reset / firmware upgrade several times to no effect.
My wife's appears to be working fine.
How do I contact customer support to seek a return / replacement or should I contact Amazon instead?
