I have a problem with version 2, I've had it for two months, and for 3 days it periodically resets itself to turn off and on by itself, can you do something or can I just give the device a warranty? It should be because of the virus will be difficult now; /

Please try a factory reset in order to fix this issue. To do so, follow the steps below:
After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

My watch started the turning on and off constantly throughout the day around when I updated the app on my iPhone a week or so ago. I did a factory reset today...which did not go smoothly and I had to call to figure it out as it wouldn’t reconnect to my phone until I did a few things. After getting it set up and connected to my phone again, it said something about not everything was reset/cleared...I can’t remember what it was...it was shooting a similar message with a red x in a circle when I reset it and called in trying to figure it all out. Anyways...i got it all hooked back up to and synced with my phone and it is still turning on and off. I bought my watch in March.
