VERSA LITE.. what’s app messages?

Can anyone tell me if you are able to receive notifications from what’s app on the Versa lite? Thank you

Hi, go to notifications, press it and scroll down to "app notifications". Press that and scroll down untill you see Whatsapp and enable it. Restart your Versa Lite.

My notifications are on and I’ve reset my Versa lite but still not working. Does the lite definitely do this?

Hi, maybe this video is helpful for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h81XPoDkdPg. BTW, have you enabled notications on the Lite? Long press the left button untill the activity screen appears and set notifications to on. After that go yto the settings on your Lite, press it and scoll down to notificacations and enable them also.

I didn’t realise I’d marked it as solved sorry. My Fitbit notifications are different to yours. Mine just list calls, messages and calendar not like yours

No need to be sorry, can happen to everyone. What you also can try, if you do not need text/SMS messages to choose Whatsapp as your default text messages app.

How do I do this? Thank you for your help. Looking at the screen it looks like you would press messages on your video and select WhatsApp but I cannot select it on mine.

when you press the text/SMS messages, do you see Whatsapp in the list of possibilities, like f.i. (on my phone's Fitbit app) Hangouts, Messages, etc? I'll keep on searching for you untill we solved it (or definitely know it will not work)!!

I think I’ve solved it, I had to make sure my WhatsApp notifications were appearing on banner and lock screen
