I believe we had the same issue.  I tried factory reset and it didn’t help.  I had to return it and I got a replacement.

I have tried everything I can think of, first thing this morning was the first time in days that I was able to swipe my screen. I was very close to hitting the factory reset button, but I read that I shouldn't do that, I have since tried to swipe but again it won't swipe for me!!

I am at a loss?

I called the fitbit support, and because mine is still under warranty they're replacing it (just the device, not straps or charger). Thank you for your advice!

What is the number to call, I don't find it, it's like we can only join the support by mail...my versa 2 watch is not working well, the touch screen is not responding and I'm getting frustrated!

Hi @Mmlachance , you can also chat with them. On the Support Page press "Fitbit Troubleshooting", scroll down the page and at the bottom on the right side you will see: "Let's talk" and press "Get Support". regards kuzibri
