I purchased my Fitbit Versa Smart Watch on July 15, 2019. In late February, the watch stopped reading my heart rate. The watch battery was not maintaining its charge as well. The green lasers stopped working and red lasers barely lit up. I got on the Fitbit Community page to see what I could do to remedy this problem. I followed all of the suggestions on the Fitbit Community page with the last remedy being to do a factory reset. After doing the factory reset, the watch would not function at all. It also will not charge. Occasionally it will show 0% for battery life but will not charge when put on the charger. I have tried 2 different chargers and I have used different USB ports and plug adapters with no change. Customer support was useless. There was no remedy offered to repair/replace this dysfunctional watch. This watch should still be under warranty since it is less than a year old. The overall situation has been very disappointing. I spent a lot of money on a product that has only worked for 7 months.
