VERSA screen frozen on logo

the Fitbit logon is frozen on my screen. I’ve tried holding all 3 buttons for more than 20secs. The screen will go black but then the logo shows up again and doesn’t go away. I’ve charged my watch. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. It is unable to locate my Fitbit to use Bluetooth or the app. Still remains frozen on the log

Help please!
