Anyone having any luck with VERSA and Pandora? I had tech support tell me the other day to wait four hours, that Pandora was having problems. Funny, Pandora works fine, its the Fitbit app that is having issues!!!! Any suggestions, anyone?

Has Pandora been setup on the Versa, @ZJOELBC sorry but with no info to work off of, I have a few questions.
Where you able to log into your Pandora account?
Is the Versa in it's charging cradle, and charging? It will only be during the charging process that the wifi will be enabled.
Have you tried the start Pandora sync notnow opt?
Are you issuing a computer or phone?

I tried the phone and the computer, connected to charging cable,etc. still NO-GO. According to the computer and phone app, the stations are loaded but not showing up on the VERSA.

I have been messing with this since I got this new product. Having no luck at all, paid the money for Pandoras upgrade, lost lots of sleep and energy. If ya figure it out, let me know. I will do the same.Thanks

@ZJOELBC have you tried to force a sync of Pandora by tapping sync now?
I assume the Versa is connected to the WiFi.
@PSN is your Versa able to connect to the WiFi?
Do you get any errors?
Where you able to do any of the setup through the phone app or computer?
Is the computer or phone on the same Wifi if setting up?

Which apps is being referred to? The speed on the versa or the apps on the phone? And what app is it.
. With Pandora i I never get a preparing message, it simply eventually starts downloading after plugging into the charger.
Normally I use the force start download now. That's found in the top right of the music setting screen in the phones Fitbit app.

I just upgraded my fitbit and my fiancé's to a Versa a few weeks ago. I am having the same issues with getting Pandora onto my fitbit. I have done everything as you stated, the Versa is in the charging cradle, the playlists are all set in my fitbit app, I do a force sync and the app says "preparing download" and that is as far as it ever gets. The display on my Versa says charging (whatever percent) and Pandora download 0% and it never completes. I know it is connected to the Wifi but I'm not sure if it is dropping the connection? I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. If anyone has figured this out, please let me know.
This is so disappointing as this is the feature (besides being able to swim with it) I was wanting the most. I hate carrying my phone while I try to walk or work out. It is also a feature I knew my fiancé would want and it was an early Christmas present for him. Now I feel like I gave him nothing for Christmas and the $200 bucks each was wasted. Now I have no money and nothing special to give him. 😞
