Hi!

My Versa was fully charged but then randomly stopped working. It won't turn on at all now and I already tried to reset it my holding down the buttons.

I appreciate your help with this.

Thank you!

I had that issue as well, my versa was less than 5 months old and since it was a replacement for a device that was out of warranty I had no recourse. they decided to send me a 25%  off the next device i buy coupon. I find it crazy that a new device would stop working in 5 months and they were ok telling me it was out of warranty. BAD BUSINESS !!! I have at least 3 versas in less than 2 years due to manufacturers defect. The first issue the face completely popped of and I had the fitbit for about a year. The replacement I received began malfunctioning in about a month. When I called support they walked me thru rebooting processes and the watch never turned back on after performing what I was told. I was then told the original Fitbit was out of warranty so I could only receive a 25% discount on any watch that was not new (so the versa 2 was not an option) or I could get a second replacement. Disappointed in this course of events I went ahead I got the replacement insisting on a new watch rather than a refurbished device. Now here we are not more than 5 months later and the new device begins malfunctioning. I call support they walk me thru rebooting and low and behold the device never turns back on again. They say the only thing they will do is give me another discount offer to buy another device that they do not stand behind because the original purchased watch was out of warranty. I am very very disappointed. I contacted the better business bureau and it seems that fitbit stands behind their warranty policy much more than they do their devices. I certainly would consider Apple watch at this point if I did not have an Android phone. very BAD BUSINESS
