VERY BAD DESIGN of Versa 2 charger

First it sucks that the Versa 2 is slightly bigger than it's predecessor and the charging pins have moved so that the chargers aren't compatible between the devices.  But the design of the Versa 2's charger with the cable coming out of the bottom and not the side... WTF!!!!  It can't even be placed anywhere flat!!!!  See pics here

I agree, it's.a weird designs, I think it's supposed to be sitting upright on a 45° angle so you could see it, just a guess.

Again BAD DESIGN even if it was ment for it to be sitting  uprighton a 45° angle... WHY HAVE IT SIT ON THE CABLE????  Make the plastic sit on an angel!!!

This forum is setup wack too... never ment to accept as a solution.  It had a box with a check mark and I clicked it to uncheck it!!!!  At least I was able to reverse that.

@ben63vw  I believe that design is intentional — to be laid on the side, however I agree it isn’t the best design. Perhaps the thought was so you could see your screen better if it’s on its side? I’d prefer to set it flat myself. 

I am happy with the slightly larger Versa 2 though.
