Hello @SERGZ are you using the Versa 2 to control music on your phone, or through headphones that are connected to the Versa 2? If it is the latter, what type of headphones, this is a known issue with iPhone ear buds, and has to do with the way they control volume.

Hi. I'm playing the music fm the watch, 3hicj is linked to my ear phones. The other controls work fine. It's just the volume control on the watch that does not want to work.

Does the volume work when listening through the phones speaker?

Yes, it does.

You could try a different Bluetooth speaker, but I think it has something to do with the headphones.

Dont think so, cos the other controls work fine, the pause, forward and back control.

There are several earphones that are known to have this issue, Apple because of their way of handling requests for changes in volume is one such earphone.

This is why I suggest trying a different Bluetooth speaker.

Yes it is the Apple earbuds that Fitbit software cannot control the volume. Fitbit should be able to sort this issue as it is the Fitbit software that can already control playing, pausing & skipping songs. They always work if controlled by the iphone, iPad or Bluetooth speaker but who wants to carry those all the time for exercise especially a Bluetooth speaker..

This has been a known issue for so long, why isn’t this fixed yet?  It’s not an Apple issue?

If fitbit can’t fix the volume software connectivity issue, why even allow these to connect via Bluetooth. It is deafening!!!!

this needs to be fixed ASAP

Also doesn't work with Aukey earbuds. What's the point of even having music? 🤦‍:male_sign:

Sorry @Butts74 but apple does not release enough info for fitbit and Garmin to fix this. Neither company has been able to get volume to work with apple buds.
