Variety of problems since last week

Last week my Versa got behind on time. First a kopple of minutes and a few days later it was half an hour.

Read about others having problems  after the last update and. In the meantime I couldn't sync anymore...

Went through a whole lot of trouble to reset everything you can possibly reset, but can 't get proper bluetooth connection anymore.

I am really upset by now, can someone  please help me...?

O by the way; I own a Samsung A70 and it used to work perfectly!
