Various devices can't find my tracker in setup

Hi all. I gave my mom a versa awhile back and she stopped using it recently. So io thought I should use it since she isn't. After factory resetting the watch to respect her privacy, I cant setup the tracker on my phone. In setup, it says it cant find my versa. I've tried on my Note 10+, note 5, and a windows laptop. they all can't find the tracker. the watch is currently out of warranty but this is frustrating. The watch turns on, it shows the setup instructions. It's basically still working but unusable. I don't want to throw away this perfectly working watch

Have you removed the Versa from your moms bluetooth on her phone?

Did you remove the Versa from your phones bluetooth. 

Since you have tried various devices, choose one device and turn the bluetooth off on the other devices.

Now try setting up through the Fitbit app, letting us know at what step if it fails.

Yes i have removed it from both my mum's and mine

 

I've also press and hold the left and bottom right button. When i connect the versa to my laptop it detects it and theres a windows plug in device sound.

 

It is in 100% battery and also charging
