It’s stuck on the updating page and as been in there for 3days the Fitbit keeps flashing on and off it will not do anything else what can I do for it to work
I see a Mate 20 on the list I referred you to but no Mate 20 Pro so that may be the problem. However, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
