Vera Lite screen won't turn on

My versa lite screen has just randomly turned black a couple of days again and wont turn back on. I have tried to charge it as i thought it had died but it still isn't working. I have also tried resetting this and that has also not worked. I have also tried plugging it into my laptop and that hasn't helped either.

Can someone help please?

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
