Vera battery dying after 24 hours

Hi there,

 

My Versa is less than 6 months old and in the last week the battery is lasting less than 24 hours. It does in the night and I have to charge it again in the morning, can I replace the battery or is there something I can do?

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo ans release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

Thanks so much for the reply, will need to get a battery test as unfortunately it didn’t work.
