@CarameliPod You mean the sleep cannot be seen on Versa itself? If you saw the sleep in the Fitbit app it means Versa is tracking your sleep. Two issues are at play here:
- lack of sleep stages though you slept at least 3 hours. Do you have any sleep presets set? E.g. bedtimes? Please clear them all, sync and reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
- sleep data (after being calculated on fitbit servers) is not getting synced back to Versa, so you cannot see it on the tracker itself (in the Today app - swipe up on the main screen to open it). To resolve that issue, please log out and log back in to Fitbit mobile app and sync several times. This may take a while to update. If this does not help, please uninstall and reinstall Fitbit app and reboot Versa. Sync several times.
