Vera won't vibrate for notifications but will for calls

Hi all, 

My versa has been great until suddenly it's stopped showing notifications. It will show calls. I've checked bluetooth, ensured "show notifications" is on and googled a lot ... cannot work out how to fix it! If anyone can suggest something that would be great.

Similar enough. When I go into my notifications it shows a message saying I have to restart my phone to re-enable notification I have done at least 10 times only bough the fitbit yesterday nd got notifications for 30 mins
