Veresa over heating during charging

My Versa lost its heart rate then the battery drained and when I tried charging it again it got really scary hot. Has anyone else experienced this? I have only had it 2 months and paid a lot of money I am really surprised.

Hello @Gardnt

Is your screen staying on all the time.

I put a new clock face on my Versa and the clock face stayed on permanently. Drained my battery overnight. Charged it the next day and it was hot to touch as the screen face was staying on continuously.

I changed the setting to keep the clock face on for a few seconds and this got of the heat.
