Hi @namron67 - presumably the watch displays when you raise your wrist to look at the watch. Have you tried restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears?
If the restart doesn't work may be a factory reset will. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to get help with that.
