Husbands Versa lite will not turn on and gets very warm when we tried charging again. I have pressed and held the side button with no vibration happening and no Fitbit logo appears. Would love help and he is frustrated and about to toss out the window. Just over 1 year old...of course warranty is done. Thanks in advance for any help at all
