My Fitbit Versa cannot sync on my iPhone SE or Windows 10 laptop. I have ensured everything is up to date on both and did all the help steps for the iPhone. I could not complete the steps for the laptop as the Versa does not appear on the list of Bluetooth devices. The time has also been 1 hour behind for the past 3-4 days even though all of my date & time settings on all devices are correct and no time-switch occurred.

Hi @SunsetRunner , regarding the Windows 10 PC: did you install the Fitbit app on this laptop? If yes, press after that, before using the Fitbit app, the settings icon and choose "Devices - BT Devices" and press and press "Add a BT Device". it should find your Versa and asks if you want to pair it and press yes and your Versa will be added to the BT devices. Now go to the Fitbit app and you should see the Dashboard of it and login to your account and sync it with your Versa. good luck and regards kuzibri

Hello. After checking BT devices once more, I saw the Versa device and attempted to set it up, but it failed and disappeared. After restarting, it appeared again but failed every time a connection was attempted. When I stopped attempting to connect to it, it once again disappeared. Thanks for your reply.
