Versa 1 not giving me my hourly reminders for 250 steps.

My Versa hasn't been giving me the reminders or letting me know I got all 250 steps between those 10 minutes. Everything is set up on my app for the reminders. Is anyone else experiencing this? It was never like this before.

Try this: on your phone open the Fitbit app and click on your picture on the left-hand side of the screen. Now under devices click on your device.  Now look under General and click on "Reminders to Move". Now make sure it is enabled. You can also change the start & end time by clicking on that.

I been turning it off and turning it on again several times already in the
past. It's not working.

Good luck that's all I know unless you want to try resetting the watch. 🙂 I am new to this just got an Inspire HR 2 weeks ago then a Versa lite showed up from Humana. I gave the Inspire HR to my sister. I am learning all this new tech myself.
