Versa 1 notifications won’t show

Hello Fitbit forum,

 

A Versa that I gave my mother won’t display or buzz for notifications like it used to. I did go to the app, went to her Versa account, went to Notifications turned them on, and synched it again, but no dice.

 

Would you guys help me out?
