I got the original Fitbit versa in a special edition for Christmas last year (got it in jan. 2019). About 2 weeks ago I noticed that it had vibrated and restarted while I was moving around. So I tried to reset it once it was back on. That did not work. It has sync'd but I can tell my numbers are down.
It has many more times today, just continuously. Before posting this it had reset on ups of 6 times. When it's frozen/resetting I cannot do anything with the fitbit even if I put it on the charger.
Any help would be appreciated,

Hi @psychocat0604 , did you already tried a Factory Reset (sync it with your Fitbit app before doing that)? If you're lucky, it it's still under warranty, so if a FR does not work, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
