First gen versa constantly losing sync/pairing.
I let the app run in the background, settings for that are correct.
iPhone 12 pro max. When checking app randomly, it’s almost always telling me “lost pairing” Bluetooth. Clicking ok and pulling to sync a couple times usually works. I’ve tried unpairing versa, forgetting Bluetooth on iPhone, and starting all over but still does it.
Both the phone and versa are on latest updates

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to a recent update , if it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
