Versa 2 Active Zone Minutes stopped working

Hi all, I’ve noticed over the last couple of days my Versa 2 has stopped showing/recording Active Zone Minutes. I’ve been through settings and can’t see anything obviously wrong, and it doesn’t look like there is an app update. Does anyone have any idea why?!

Active Zone Minutes are based on heart rate. Check your heart rate is getting recorded.  If so, are you sure you heart rate has gotten up into the zone required to earn Zone Minutes?  Could be your intensity just hasn't been high enough for a few days.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Cvw55 - in addition to what @JohnnyRow has provided, it may be another issue with the new app especially if it coincided with the change.

Yes, definitely being recorded and have done a few fitness classes in the last few days -  BPM has been stuck at 84 for a few days regardless of what I'm doing or if I'm wearing the watch or not!

@Cvw55 - did you try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start or changing clock face if BPM not showing correctly on the watch.

If it is incorrect in the Fitbit App a phone restart also may help.

I've done a reset a few times, and restarted phone. Its now showing 0BPM regardless of activity!

@Cvw55 - if the Fitbit App is showing 0 or -- BPM this may be one of the issues in the new app.

To verify uf the watch is working properly swipe the face left and tap the Today app and look there, just in case the watch has a fault.
