I got my fitbit versa 2 yesterday in the mail and it's been a rough go. The only thing I notice now that isn't working is the agenda app. On my phone in the fitbit app, all permissions are on, the calendars are showing up, and yet on my watch I keep getting the .message "NOT CONNECTED Please make sure the Fitbit mobile app is running and Bluetooth is on." It's syncing correctly to the phone, the app is running and I still get this message every time. I deleted the app sinks the watch, redownloaded the app, made sure all the permissions are on, still not working.

To fix this situation, I recommend you to troubleshoot the Agenda app of your Versa 2 following the steps that are specified on: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists. If such is the case, please send me a screenshot of the error message you receive and also give me the name and model of your mobile device.
