I regretly own a Versa 2. The alarm clock works whenever it wants, already tried every sinlge troubleshoot you gave me for many many times, its time to aknowledge on your side that is defective, that you dont give anithing for loyal customers. IM tired of this piece of garbage, even a 20dolars watch will trigger the alarm, since the 1980´s. Its really frustratring, im sure now you will provide another garbage troublesohot after this message. Just wanted to state on this topic that i will never buy any of your products again, even tell everibody i know to stay away from your devices. You guys suck, big time!
