Versa 2 - Alexa Reminders etc on Echo device?

Hey guys, I recently got a Versa 2 as a replacement for my original Versa, I've been using the built in Amazon Alexa to control some smart home stuff etc, but I was wondering if it's possible to have reminders and alarms that I set via the watch actually come up on my actual Amazon Echo devices in my home? At the moment the reminders just come up on the watch!
