Hi community members,
My Versa 2 has suddenly stopped Updating the applications and doesn't allow me to download me any more apps into the watch. It always shoes of unable to install and this has been happening since a couple of weeks. I tried to reset the watch and even tried to reset the app but none of that works for correcting this error. If anyone has some advice for this problem please do comment on this post.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend following the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your Fitbit Versa 2 once again and reboot your cellphone
- Remove your Versa from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone
- Log back into the Fitbit app and set up your watch as a replacement device:
Then, try to download apps or watch faces by following the instructions in this article.
