Ive had my versa 2 for a while now and there seems to be a problem constantly. This time i cannot get any apps or whatchfaces to download, ive left it alone for a while hoping that eventually it would download. My versa is synced to my phone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I have tried just about everything from redownloading the fitbit app and checking for updates to unsyncing and factory resetting my fitbit. I don't now what else to do to try and fix this issue, I dont know if it is something with the company or something i can fix.

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:
- Restart your watch
- Force close the Fitbit app & relaunch it.
- Restart Bluetooth and try to sync
- Reboot your phone.
- Set up your watch as a replacement device:
Then, please try to install a different clock face than the one you want to switch to.
