My BPM is stuck on 59. The watch is stuck on this number no matter what type of activity I am doing.

Hi there, @Omaswatch. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
As @NellyG has recommended, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried this twice and my versa 2 is still not working. The heart rate monitor is not working and also the sleep isn’t working. My device was a gift and only lasted a little over a year. I want another device to track my heart rate and sleep but after reading this happened to many other Fitbit owners, I will now buy an Apple device instead..

Nothing is working to fix the problem. Now the heart rate is at 0. The watch also does not keep a record of my daily activity. According to Fitbit, i have do e nothing since April 10. I need a recommendation for a new watch!
