Versa 2 BR and HRV not tracking after switching to iPhone XR

I recently switched from an old Note 5 to an iPhone XR. My Versa 2 is now no longer tracking BR or HRV but everything else is still being tracked perfectly. Any thoughts on how to remedy this issue?

Same here, but i didnt change anything. Still have same 2yr old phone.

Yep same. Same phone just stopped showing about 3 days ago.

Same here, I have a Samsung S10 plus and everything was fine till the June 23rd update. Now nothing is showing for sleep or stress.

If you haven't done it already, please make sure of the following:

 

  • You have the latest Fitbit app version installed (3.43.1 iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your app version please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
  • Your Fitbit Versa 2 is in the latest firmware version (35.72.1.9). For instructions on how to check your firmware version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".
  • You have a sleep record of the last 3 nights.

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch and set it up as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1626210561921.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
